Luke Richards
AssociateLuke joined the London team in 2024, and has since worked on numerous transactions across the world in a broad range of sectors, from SME transactions to deals $5bn+ in value. Prior to joining, he spent a year working as an Underwriting Assistant at a key insurer within the W&I market, during which he gained firsthand experience of the underwriting process, working with clients across the UK, Europe, and Asia.

- Assisted CVC on their investment in Dream Games, the globally renowned developer and publisher of the mobile games Royal Match and Royal Kingdom, through the placement of a buy-side Warranties & Indemnities Insurance Policy
- Assisted Lunate on its acquisition of Azura Partners, a global wealth manager serving ultra-high net worth and high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and single-family offices, through the placement of a buy-side Warranties & Indemnities Insurance Policy
- Assisted Apollo on their investment in a 50% stake in Ørsted’s Hornsea 3, the world’s largest offshore wind project, through the placement of a buy-side Warranties & Indemnities Insurance Policy
- Assisted GREYKITE and Arax Properties on the launch of Baunest, a German residential platform seeded with the off-market acquisition of a 1,600-unit multifamily portfolio, through the placement of a buy-side Warranties & Indemnities Insurance Policy
Luke graduated from the University of Sussex with a degree in History.
