Simon Brandt

Associate Director

Simon focuses on advising private equity investors and strategic buyers on transactional risk solutions for corporate transactions across multiple jurisdictions and sectors.

He holds a masters’ degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from Maastricht University and speaks German, English, and Spanish.

Prior to joining HWF, Simon spent two years at King & Wood Mallesons where he gained extensive experience in the private equity and M&A business.
