Rachael Coleman

Rachael joined HWF in 2018 after building a successful career at CMS and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

She has over 22 years’ experience in the legal sector, working within a variety of areas including corporate M&A, Tax and W&I Insurance.

Rachael has revolutionised HWF’s operational infrastructure by streamlining internal and external processes, introducing and maintaining a modern data system and AI tools, as well as arranging various large-scale events and business development initiatives. She has also been instrumental in the set up HWF’s overseas offices and continues to support HWF’s global growth.
