Kaira is an Associate at HWF Partners in Dubai, specialising in the placement of W&I insurance for international M&A transactions.

Prior to joining HWF, she worked for a global broker in the London insurance market, advising on transactional risk insurance for private equity-backed and corporate deals across the UK and continental Europe. Kaira holds a Master of Laws in Law & Finance from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Laws from King’s College London.
