Brian Hendry

Managing Director

Brian is a Managing Director in HWF’s London team.

Having specialised in transaction insurance since 1998, he is recognised as one of the most experienced transaction insurance brokers in the UK, European and RoW marketplace. Brian has been closely involved in the evolution of the M&A insurance market and has helped it develop from a niche product to something that is now considered on the vast majority of M&A transactions.
