Alice Failla

Director, Head of Tax Italy

Alice is a Director and Head of Tax for Italy in the Tax Insurance team at HWF. Alice has experience in providing tax insurance solutions for a wide variety of institutional, individual and corporate clients, and has worked on a number of and high value tax policies since joining HWF.

Prior to joining HWF, she spent seven years at a leading international law firm where she advised domestic and international clients as well as large multinational groups in relation to M&A and private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations, capital market, securitisations, restructuring and financial transactions. She also assisted domestic and international clients in ruling requests, tax audit and assessment procedures and special tax procedures before the Italian tax authorities, also in parallel with criminal investigations.

Alice is admitted to the Italian Bar. She obtained a Master diploma in tax law at the Il Sole 24 Ore Business School.

Alice is fluent in Italian and English.
