Ella re-joined HWF in August 2024 as an Analyst in the London office, following a placement year with the firm during her studies. Before returning to HWF, Ella completed her Law LLB at the University of Exeter.

Selected experience

Placed buy-side W&I and title policies for GREYKITE European Real Estate Fund’s acquisition of a pan-European 13-asset logistics portfolio for €350 million, across Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland and the UK.
Placed a W&I policy for Ardonagh Europe’s acquisition of SRS Group of Companies. Founded in 2019, SRS is a reinsurance broker and MGA based in Athens, Greece specialising in General Third Party Liability insurance.
Placed a buy-side W&I policy for the acquisition of a c.610 MW BESS portfolio consisting of 13 projects across the UK by one of the largest independent utility-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS) owners and operators in the UK.
Placed a buy-side W&I policy for the acquisition of a leading direct-to-consumer pet supplements brand based in UK, US, Australia and the Netherlands by a PE buyer.
