Dillon Mistry

Director

Dillon is a Director in our London team, advising on the placement of transactional risk insurance solutions. He has over six years’ experience working on transactions ranging in value from £5 million to £7 billion.

Dillon joined HWF from Paragon M&A where he served as a senior team member and worked on transactions in the US, Europe and Middle East. Prior to this, he worked at a large global broker where he focused on cross-border M&A for international financial sponsors and spent time with both the APAC and local EMEA teams.

Additionally, Dillon pioneered the insurance solution for loan portfolios, utilising his prior experience as an underwriter.
