Anjali Anthony

Director

Anjali is a Director in the Tax Insurance team and is a trusted advisor with extensive experience in providing bespoke tax insurance solutions for domestic and international clients. She has placed some of the most complex tax risks into the insurance market for her clients across various territories and sectors.

Anjali has over 18 years of experience as a tax lawyer specialising in tax structuring, tax due diligence and tax advisory aspects of cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.

Prior to joining the insurance industry, she worked at a leading US law firm, Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and two big four accounting firms, EY and PwC in London. Anjali originally qualified as a lawyer in Australia and was a Senior Associate at Minter Ellison, a top tier law firm.
