Stuart is Head of Structured Solutions within the Tax Team based in London responsible for business origination and the structuring and development of solutions for tax liability and related risks.
Stuart has more than 30 years’ experience in tax, structured finance and transaction origination involving the tax aspects of acquisitions, disposals and complex cross-border transactions.  Stuart has held a number of senior roles at major financial institutions including 15 years as Global Co-Head of Structured Solutions and Leasing at a leading European bank.
Stuart is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Taxation.
