Kate Connolly

Risk and Compliance Manager

Kate is HWF’s Risk and Compliance Manager.

Kate supports the business in making strategic, risk-based decisions while ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations governing HWF’s global operations.

She has almost a decade of experience in the insurance industry, working across multiple jurisdictions including London and Bermuda.

Prior to joining HWF, Kate spent seven years at Liberty Specialty Markets, where she worked closely with underwriting leadership across a broad range of risk and compliance matters.

Kate has experience across financial crime, conduct risk and governance, as well as developing and implementing robust risk and compliance frameworks.
