Lewis Jennings

Assistant Vice President

Lewis is an Assistant Vice President in HWF’s London Team, specialising in W&I. He advises on transactions ranging from £1 million to £2 billion, working closely with legal advisers, private equity sponsors, corporate finance teams and corporates to deliver tailored transactional risk solutions.

Prior to this he worked as an analyst for a FinTech company and supported TLT in banking litigation cases for UK clients.

Lewis joined HWF in 2026 with over four years of M&A broking experience advising clients across the UK, Europe, Middle East and US on Warranty and Indemnity and Representations & Warranties insurance policies.
