Pierre-Paul Rasle

Associate

Pierre-Paul is an associate at the Paris office of HWF. He has contributed to place various W&I insurance policies in France and in the UK for different industries such as private equity, real estate and renewables energy.

Recent Experience

Pierre-Paul’s recent experience includes:

  • Working with Alpha Real Capital in structuring a W&I policy in respect of their acquisition of three UK wind farm projects.
  • Working with Latham & Watkins in structuring a W&I policy for Vivalto Santé in respect of their purchase of Ribera Salud.
  • Working with several funds in structuring W&I policies in the context of their acquisition of renewables projects (wind power or PV projects) in France and the UK.
  • Working in structuring a W&I policy for PaintWell’s acquisition of Kent Blaxill & Co Ltd.
  • Working with a real estate/hotels investment fund in structuring W&I policies in the context of their hotel acquisitions.
  • Working in structuring W&I policy for the acquisition UK-based uninterruptible power supply.

Pierre-Paul studied law in France and has a master’s degree in Corporate and Commercial law from Queen Mary University of London.  More recently Pierre-Paul has worked in the legal industry in France and the United Kingdom.
