Analyst

Deep is an analyst in the HWF London office. He has assisted in transactions with deal values up to €2bn for private equity funds, real estate and infrastructure funds across various jurisdictions including the UK, Europe, Asia and MEA.

Recent Experience

Deep’s recent experience includes:

  • Working with Addleshaw Goddard in structuring a W&I policy for Bridges Fund Management in respect of their acquisition of a majority stake in Evora Global.
  • Working with CVC Capital Partners, alongside Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, in structuring a W&I policy for CVC Fund VIII’s agreed acquisition of Away Resorts.
  • Working with a sovereign wealth client in connection with the acquisition of a North African generics pharmaceutical business and placement of a buy-side W&I policy.
  • Working with several funds in structuring W&I policies on their acquisition of renewables projects (wind power and PV projects) in Europe and the UK.
  • Working with several law firms and private equity funds in placing W&I policies for their acquisition of tech and IT targets.

Deep joined HWF in August 2021 having graduated with a BA in International Relations from King’s College London.
