Alex is Head of Tax, Americas at HWF Partners.

In his prior roles, Alex has provided sophisticated M&A and international tax services in both industry and consulting roles. Most recently, Alex was a Tax Partner with SoftBank Group, working on major transactions, including the Sprint/T-Mobile merger which closed in 2020.

Prior to his SoftBank role, Alex practiced for more than 20 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Deloitte Tax LLP, advising corporate clients on cross-border M&A, global expansion and restructurings.
