HWF has recently taken on outside investment and is on an exciting growth trajectory. The outcome of that is an active expansion of the firm in the CEE region and development of the CEE team to continue #providing certainty in M&A transactions.
Job purpose:
The use of the transaction risk insurance is increasing rapidly across Europe. In order to further strengthen its footprint and market recognition in CEE, HWF is looking for a highly motivated analyst to assist and participate in the growth of the CEE region.
You will be joining a dynamic and growing business while taking part in all the aspects of our diverse activity. You will be directly exposed to a broad variety of work and may expect it to come from both Warsaw or UK (sometimes also from other regions of HWF). The role will afford the candidate the opportunity to assist the insurance workstream on high-profile transactions behind the lead of some of the most experienced brokers in the market, assist on the administrative matters and provide sales/marketing information analysis support.
The role will report to the Head of CEE of HWF and will allow the opportunity to spend time in London developing the required knowledge base (if required).

It would be an advantage for the candidate to have up to 3 years of experience in general M&A and a general understanding of the transaction process and various workstreams. Since we will be building the whole CEE region together, excellent skills in the English language, ideally gained in the course of an extended stay abroad, would be a plus. We value loyalty and attitude of being always ready for new challenges, but we also like to have fun!
